A lot of the belly fat problems seem to come when you hit the big 3-0. In your teens and twenties it appears many of us can eat what we want and there is no repercussions but then thirty hits and kazam belly fat makes it ugly appearance.
Are you struggling with losing belly fat? It is one of the toughest fats to get rid of. There is a ton of suggestions out there such as putting more cardio into your exercise routines. A lot of places will tell you to do a gazillion crunches but who has that kind of time.

There are a number of experts out there who all say the same thing when it comes to losing belly fat. Then there are the same number of experts who will say the exact opposite of what the other fitness geniuses say. It all appears to be personal opinion at this point in the game. For example some say that once the weight starts dropping off your body will decide where it comes from and there is nothing you can do about it. Other fitness experts say that you have to target your problem areas. There are myriad opinions on this topic but no definitive answer. It is worth giving a number of different experts a shot on this.

Although it has long been believed that cardio and aerobic exercise are the ways to burn this unsightly fat now there is the belief in high and low intensity training. For example a high intensity and low intensity workout would involve running very fast then walking then doing the same over and over intervals. Try cardio and the interval training and see which one will work the best for you.

Of course there are all of the infomercial products that will help you lose that belly fat right now. There are wraps that once used will permanently take away that pesky fat. There are tons of weight loss supplements that are supposed to control hormones that may be linked to obesity and tons of other “lose weight fast” gadgets. Most of these are not yet proven to work.

The cold hard truth seems to come down to the basic premise of diet and exercise. There seems to be no magic pill or potion that will erase the belly fat except for the tried and true diet and exercise.
