The Flex Belt Review: Is it really Worth the Money?
The Flex Belt is a new tool currently marketed as an effective way to flatten abs.
However, some people are wondering if it really is worth the money. This is a very legitimate concern since so many fitness products today are ineffective.
I personally didn’t know what to think when I first heard of this piece of equipment. It almost is too good to be true, but I am open to learning about it at least. While doing so, I just figured I’d let you know what I know.
The best way to evaluate this fitness product is to learn more about what it can do for you. This is best demonstrated by evaluating how it is made and how it works.
Construction and Function
The Flex Belt consists of three gel pads. These cover central abdominal and oblique muscles.
This apparatus sends out a signal which is used to help tone your midsection. This signal is one that conforms to the standards of the Medical Device Directive.
This signal causes ab muscle contraction and release. This process takes not more than a few seconds.
Pros and Cons
As far as I know from the materials I read it is tested safe. The advertiser says it is approved by the FDA. Of course, it would be your responsibility to verify this claim as marketers of products could tell you anything.
(I would assume that most advertisers would consider it a very poor business move to falsify advertising on their website. However, you of course can never be too sure.)
Along with being safe, using it is not known to cause any injury. You can control how powerful the sensations you experience will be. The intensity of the flex and release caused by electrical signals ranges from 1 to 100.
This product is said to be ideal for busy professionals as well as full time parents. It is great for anyone who does not have a whole lot of time on their hands.
One of the only downsides of using this piece of equipment is that it would be hard for more than one person to use it. It is highly recommended that each person gets their own belt.
Also, women who just gave birth could benefit from using The Flex Belt. It in fact would be an ideal way for them to regain their pre-pregnancy figure.
However, they are advised to wait a minimum of 6 weeks after a vaginal birth or 3 months after a C-section to use it.
This is to ensure proper healing from the pregnancy. This can be a bit frustrating to women but in the end it still can benefit them.

I’m 65, size 12, and have a fat belly, my diet is 1200 balanced calories a day, but i do not exercise. i should lose 15 lbs. what will this (Flex Belt) do for me?
