4. Online retail or wholesale merchant-If you work at home in this capacity you may or may not sell your own products. The difference between this and an affiliate marketer is that you are the direct retailer whether you are responsible directly for the stock (inventory) or not.

This lowers costs, and often requires no setup fees or shipping costs. A person in this capacity may sell stock photos, e-books, audio and video productions, and more.
