Causes of Aging
Aging is caused by a normal decreased of hormone levels in our body. The start of this hormone production is when we reached puberty period. This growth in hormones causes and supports the massive changes and growth emerging through teenager experience; it is the stage when we enjoy the highest level of hormones.
Hormones are the ones in charge for several important functions in the body; one of those is the cell regeneration. High level of human growth hormones in the body can quickly regenerates cells. Aging usually starts by the time the person reaches 60. In this period, the hormone level is low enough that there is now evidence like the noticeable wrinkles in the forehead. The body can no longer regenerate skin cells as quick as it did before, thus more cells die.

It is now possible for people to control the hormone production in the body.
