In reality, it is a difficult decision to make. Visiting a health shop will simply result in the recommendation of the most expensive product. But just because it is expensive, does not mean that it will be better than any other product on the shelf.
To help out with this sticky situation, we decided to review a product called Purity 12. This detox diet is available on the Internet for a fraction of the price that most retail detox products sell for. In this review, we will take a look at the key ingredients and Purity 12, and answer the key question – does it actually work?
Purity 12 Ingredients.
So, what can you expect to find in the Purity 12 product? Well, when it comes to assisting with natural digestion (which is what a detox product is supposed to do), there are a number of key ingredients which must be included.
- Probiotics Bacterium
In our digestive tracts, there are a number of good bacteria which help to break down the food we eat. By building up the number of good bacteria in places such as the colon, we are able to process our food more efficiently.
- Green Tea Extract
Green tea has been known for its health benefits for many centuries. However, what most people don’t know about green tea is that it also increases the metabolism. This means that by consuming green tea, you are able to make your entire digestive system more efficient.
- Ginger Root
Found in many of the best vitamin and mineral supplements on the market these days, Ginger Root is an amazing antioxidant. It helps the body to break down the food we eat – in particular, the heavy proteins that we ingest.
Results.
So, the moment of truth. Does Purity 12 actually do what it claims to do. That is, does it provide the body with the nutrients it needs during a detox period, or is it simply another over-hyped product? After our intense testing, it would appear that indeed the Purity 12 system is an efficient and effective way to lose weight and increase overall health.

Does anyone know if this product actually work? Ive tried heaps in the past but they have done absolutely nothing for me???
Does anyone have any comments on the Green Tea Extract in Purity 12? People seem to be raving about it – but why wouldn’t you just drink a cup of green tea instead? Surely this would have the same benefits?
@ Ella – yes there is a lot of garbage out there, so i dont blame you for doubting the product. at the end of the day, i guess it really depends on the duration that you use it for. if you are able to keep up with a long term course, then you will definitely experience results. people often go for a few weeks, then decide that it’s not working, and hence give up.
stick it out, and you should be all good!
@ Hailey – it’s all to do with the combination of ingredients. sure drinking green tea on a regular basis is definitely good for you – however green tea extract is just one of the ingredients in this product – meaning that there is a combined effect of all these products.
To achieve this exact intake of products, you would need to consume vast amounts of the ingredients – therefore it is not just the fact that they are included in the product – but actually the quantity that they are included.
Are there any scientific reports out there backing up the products claims?
@ Lauren: There are no reports available to the public because they have all been done independently. However, this product has been featured on some of the big TV networks – and they all talk about the scientific proof in these reports. you can view the video of this on the official website.
This is definitely a good product. Bought it a while ago and am really feeling the results! Highly recommended.
This product works great!!
I love it and used it for a month free. I only had to pay for shipping.
I also found other products with Free offerings at the same place. I am feeling
better than ever on this stuff.
I was on the edge about it too for some time. If it’s popular enough to show up on TV, it’s worth trying out I suppose.
I’ve personally only tried the Evo energy drink and the Rain capsules; I’ll try the Rain drink next, once I have enough income for it : )
