Thanks to P90X I Lost 23 Lbs. & 5% Bodyfat in 12 Weeks. I started at 170 lbs. and 11.6% and ended at 147 lbs. and 6.6%.

The crazy part was how my heart got healthier. My resting heart rate lowered by 6 beats per minute (BPM) and immediately after a maximum effort, it was 22 BPM lower than the rates I had before I started the program.

A healthy heart is better than any 6 pack I could ever get

I’m 65, size 12, and have a fat belly, my diet is 1200 balanced calories a day, but i do not exercise. i should lose 15 lbs. what will this (Flex Belt) do for me? I have often thought about lipo, but not convinced.Cost is a factor too. will my fat deminish or will i still have fat with hard abs underneath?

I don’t know about Forex simulators but I do know that Forex demo accounts are the best way to learn Forex. They are free and are based on real time rates. They are also loaded with all the indicators and tools like a real account. Testing strategies out on them is the way to go.

It’s funny because I always thought cellulite lotions were a joke. But recently I’ve been using one and it isn’t too bad! It can get expensive though so I might hold off a bit until the summer months.

I was on the edge about it too for some time. If it’s popular enough to show up on TV, it’s worth trying out I suppose.
