I just wanted to back up the info in this article, because i have done this type of thing myself. I have more energy in the morning, I feel better in the evening, and even the people around me have commented that I am looking better, and definitely have more energy. I can confidently say that I will be doing a colon cleanse on a regular basis in the future. Apparently they stay effective for about 6 months, so twice a year should be fine. I feel sooooooooo much better having done a colon cleanse. I just wanted to back up the info in this article, because i have done this type of thing myself.
